1) Login to the Admin Panel.
2) Select "Setup"->"Delivery"->"Edit Delivery Methods". Enter the values into the right hand side form to create a new delivery method. Here is an example:
Internal Name: Aust Post (example only)
Display Name: Aust Post (example only)
Base Charge (Excl. Tax) ($) : 5.00 (example only, please excl tax)
Unit (kg): 1.00
Unit Price (Excl. Tax) ($): 0.00
Min. Wieght (kg):0.00
Max. Wieght (kg):9999.99
3) Select all the parcel zones in Domestic Parcel Zones section and add them to "associated parcle zones". Click Add.
After adding this delivery method, all orders (Australia wide) will have the flat delivery charge, $5.5 (include GST) in this example.

I have checked out the flat rate postage but would prefer to use a method based on the weight of the products ordered. The User Guide does cover this but does not have a working sample that I can get my head around. My products all weigh different amounts so I am unsure of how to actually set this up in the Unit, Unit Price, Min Weight and Max Weight fields.
