How to set up the delivery methods for overseas customers

1) Login the Admin Panel.
2) Go to "Set up -> Delivery -> Edit Countries". Select the countries you would like to sell your products to. The country you have selected will have a tick marked in the Target Country column.
3) Go to "Set up -> Delivery -> Edit Delivery Methods". Create a new delivery method or modify an existing delivery method. Add the countries that you would like to associate the delivery method to. (This page can also be used to edit the delivery methods for the local customers.)

You can take away the local tax from the total product amount for the overseas customers by going to "Set up -> Edit Configurations", find and modify the setting "Whether local tax applies to overseas customers" to false.
