Hi,
I have a customer who originally signed up with her business email address. She has since changed this email address to her personal email account in her account information.
She has advised that she is now receiving Newsletters in the old email account, even though her account details now only shows the new personal email address.
It would appear that the system has not deleted the original email address when it has been updated.
You should be able to delete the subscriber by going to admin panel Customers -> Search Subscribers.
Your customer can subscirbe to your newsletter using her new email address.
We can do some improvement in the future to update the newsletter email address if a customer has changed his/her email address. _________________ Intelliworks Shopping Cart
