Hi I am totally confused how do I know that payments have been received within the admin of my store
when I log in it says there is an order but does not tell me if customer has payed or not.
I am totally confused I just put an order through myself to see if I could figure out whats happening!
I end up with sales order payments and it says:
pay or reminder
(but have already payed via paypal and email says that payment has been received)
there is nothing in dispatch sales orders or complete sales order
I can't seem to figure this one out within admin of store am I supposed to press something -
After you verify the receiving of fund in paypal, you need to click on Payment and type in the amount you received. The payment function is meant for you to keep the tracking on the order status.
The only exception is eWay (some owners use this), if customer makes payment via eWay, the order will be automatically updated with the payment. _________________ Intelliworks Shopping Cart
